Why are you running for office?
My motivation is to serve others. I want to restore a sense of hope by working together to accomplish things that actually mater to us.

Should the state build more prisons, or keep sending inmates to the mainland?
No one wants a prison in their backyard. I'm working on an innovative plan to significantly reduce our prison population.

Is tourism reaching saturation point? If so, what industry should we cultivate?
Possibility saturated in Waikiki . Encourage tourists to spend more time/money on the Leeward Coast . Expand diversified agriculture and organic farming.

What is the biggest quality-of-life issue facing Hawai'i , and what would you do?
Traffic congestion. government and developers should do better planning to endure that the infrastructure is put in before housing goes up.

Create local school boards? No.
